How do I place my order?
All VIP Packages must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale and public onsale periods as communicated on the official event website.
After clicking “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our official ticketing partner to complete your purchase.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?
If you need to request ADA accommodations for your hotel reservation or event experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

- PACKAGE NAME – [Package Name]
- OF TICKETS IN ORDER
- ADA REQUEST DETAILS
Please include as much information as possible when submitting your request so we can ensure proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and are dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the venue, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue inventory. Once your request is received, we will review available options with you.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.
How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
When will I receive information about VIP check-in?
More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
What if my plans change?
All VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details.
Our VIP Packages
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?
If your selected VIP package offers multiple ticket types, you will have the opportunity to select either Premium Reserved or General Admission during checkout.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served.
VIP packages may include early entry into the venue.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket?
A Premium Reserved ticket includes a specific assigned seat. Seat location will be displayed during the purchase process prior to order confirmation.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or access. Please ensure you select the correct VIP package before completing your purchase.
Is parking included?
VIP packages do not include parking unless explicitly stated. Please check the venue’s official website for parking information.
Our Travel Packages
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before March 20, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.
Is there a payment plan for travel packages?
Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on March 20, 2026. If you purchase after March 20, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!
Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.
Can I complete the final payment early?
If you purchase prior to March 20, 2026, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the March 20 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?
Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday ([email protected]), for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.
What happens if I miss the second payment?
You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.
How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?
More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!
Hotel Information
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.
What parking is available at the available hotels?
100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.
How far is each hotel from the venue?
We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue.
Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?
Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special request
Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?
If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
